Privacy policy

Effective: October 2026 Review

Cyberhedz (San Francisco, California; “we”) handles the personal information you share through our contact forms as described below, in line with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and applicable US law.

1. What we collect

  • Company, name, role, email address and website
  • Product description, program, San Francisco travel dates, the help you’re looking for, categories of interest and any notes you add
  • Your preferred language and the time you agreed to this policy
  • How you reached the form (ref and UTM parameters, referring page), your browser type, and an identifier derived from your IP address (we don’t store the IP address itself)

2. How we use it

  • To reply to you and schedule calls
  • To provide the services you ask for, such as buyer introductions, meeting preparation and localization
  • To share relevant details with people we introduce you to, only with your prior agreement
  • To prevent abuse and to understand, in aggregate, which outreach channels work

3. Sharing

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties without your consent unless the law requires it. Before introducing you to a buyer, partner or investor, we’ll tell you what we plan to share and with whom.

4. Service providers and international transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the US. We use these providers, all located in the US: Review

  • Vercel Inc. (website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics)
  • Supabase Inc. (database)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Google LLC (email and calendar)

The US does not have a single comprehensive federal privacy law equivalent to the APPI; personal information is protected by state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and by sector-specific rules. We rely on our providers’ contractual terms and security measures to keep your information protected.

5. Security

We use encrypted connections, restrict database access (submissions can only be written from our server), and limit who can view your information.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry information for about three years after our last contact with you, then delete it. Review

7. Your rights

You can ask us to disclose, correct, update or delete your information, or to stop using it. Email us at the address below; we’ll verify your identity and respond without undue delay. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA.

8. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand site traffic. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify individual visitors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
